Matt Diffee makes some great observations about relationships in this original hand-drawn cartoon published in the New Yorker on February 3, 2008. Matt bears the unique distinction of having been identified by none other than Steve Martin as one of the funniest people in the world. It's also a little-known fact that he's served as a mentor for many an up-and-coming New Yorker cartoonist.
Pencil on 11" x 14" smooth Bristol board. (Image measures approximately 9.4" x 9.4"). New Yorker production sticker on reverse side. Excellent condition.
Matt works almost entirely in pencil, so his pieces are sold with a protective sheet of tracing paper to prevent smudging. We recommend that it not be removed until framing.
