Benjamin Schwartz draws on his direct experience as a medical doctor and lecturer at Columbia University to create this masterful cartoon with clever social commentary on the internet.  This hand-drawn work was published in the New Yorker on August 26, 2018 with the caption "Bile exits the gallbladder, passes through the cystic duct, gets released into the intestines, and, ultimately winds up on the Internet."
