Not in the Traditional Sense

Original hand-drawn cartoon y Matt Diffee published in the New Yorker on August 30, 2015. Matt bears the unique distinction of having been identified by none other than Steve Martin as one of the funniest people in the world.  It's also a little-known fact that he's served as a mentor for many an up-and-coming New Yorker cartoonist.

Pencil on 8.5"" x 11.25" smooth Bristol board.  (Image measures approximately 6" x 7").  Minor blunting to the bottom corners.  New Yorker production sticker on reverse side.  Excellent condition.

This piece is sold with a protective sheet of tracing paper to prevent smudging.  We recommend that it not be removed until framing.
